Samsung promoters faced challenges in strengthening their product knowledge and sales techniques. To address this, an application was developed to enhance their training experience. As a result, promoters significantly improved their skills, leading to greater customer satisfaction and stronger sales performance.
Description
Samsung’s promoters play a key role in connecting customers with its smartphones, TVs, and home appliances. Yet many struggled without proper training tools, making it hard to sharpen their sales skills and product knowledge.
